Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The 30-day trial starts as soon as you create an account, and you're never asked for a card until it ends.
What happens when the trial ends?
Your workspace pauses — it doesn't close. Every item, count and log stays exactly as you left it. You can still sign in and look at everything; you just can't log new changes until you subscribe, and subscribing picks up right where you stopped.
How do I cancel?
Open Settings (the gear in the top bar) and hit Cancel subscription. It takes about ten seconds, there's no phone call and nobody tries to talk you out of it. You keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for.
Can I get my data out?
Yes, anytime. Both the Inventory and Activity tabs have Excel and PDF export buttons, and there's a download button in Settings too. It's your data — export it whenever you like, including on your way out.
Is there a limit on items or users?
No limits on items or categories. One login per business covers the whole team — staff log usage through the Kiosk or a barcode scan without needing their own account.
How do employees use it without seeing my numbers?
Set a Kiosk PIN in the Kiosk tab, then lock the device. A locked tablet or phone only shows the Kiosk and Scan screens — pricing, vendors, spending and reports are all hidden until someone enters the PIN.
What barcode scanners work?
Any USB or Bluetooth scanner gun that types like a keyboard works with no setup. You can also use a phone or tablet camera from the Scan tab, which needs the site to be on https:// and camera permission granted.
Do I need to install anything?
No. SupplyOps runs in a browser on a phone, tablet or computer. Nothing to install, nothing to update.
What if I forget my password or Kiosk PIN?
Settings has a "Send password reset email" button. For a forgotten Kiosk PIN, tap "Forgot your PIN?" on the locked screen and confirm your account password — you can set a new PIN right there.
Is my data backed up?
Yes. Everything syncs to the cloud as you go, so it's not sitting on one tablet that could get dropped in a bucket. Signing in from any device shows the same up-to-date counts.
We built this because we needed it.
SupplyOps was written to solve a problem its author had every week: a working business that kept running out of supplies at exactly the wrong moment. Stock lived on a clipboard, in a group text, and in somebody's memory — and none of those ever agreed. Every purchase order was an educated guess, and the guesses were expensive.
Commercial inventory systems existed, but they were built for warehouses and priced for them too: implementation calls, per-seat licensing, training. What was actually needed was something a crew could use at six in the morning without being taught. So it got built — and it turned out a great many operations had the same gap.
SupplyOps is a registered Indiana company, and it is still measured against the test it started with: would a real crew actually use this, unprompted, on a Monday morning? If a feature fails that test, it doesn't ship.
The mark

The monogram
Not a written S — two angular halves, rotated against each other and locked at the middle like a link in a chain. Supply and operations are one job here, not two departments that email each other. It sits at the centre because that's where the work happens: the closet, the stockroom, the back of the van.
The network
Points joined by lines, every point lit. A tracked item is a known item. The value was never the list of things you own — it's the lines between them: what's linked, current, and visible in one place, instead of split across a clipboard, a group text and somebody's memory.
The globe
No shelf is self-contained. Everything on it arrived through a chain that began somewhere else, and a delay anywhere along that chain arrives at your end as an empty shelf. You are managing the last few feet of something much longer than your building.
The open arcs
The outer rings don't close, and that's on purpose. Stock is consumed and replaced, consumed and replaced. Inventory is never finished — which is why this is built around logging as things happen, not a count you do once a quarter and hope holds.
The colour follows the same logic. Deep navy carries the parts that should feel dependable — the sphere, the monogram, the outer ring. The lighter blue is reserved for everything in motion: the connecting lines, the lit nodes, the arcs. Steady underneath, moving on top.

Every screen that holds your data has an export button — Excel and PDF, any time, including on your way out. We don't sell it, mine it, or hand it to advertisers.
